Tasting notes
Its colour is an intense ruby red. Its bouquet of small soft fruit, woodland berries and blackcurrant will enchant you. Its very present and powerful tannins announce the length and richness of this wine on the palate.

Vinification
Picked by hand in small 13 kg crates.
The grapes are selectively sorted by hand before stemming, pressing and vatting.
Regulation of temperatures, cap-punching and alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts for 15 to 20 days.
Slow pressing, settling and placing in casks.
Maturation
In oak casks for 12 months.
Bottled without filtration.
